Individual therapy is a one-on-one counseling process where a person works with a therapist to address personal issues, mental health concerns, or emotional challenges. Through sessions, the therapist provides support, insights, and strategies to help the individual understand and manage their difficulties. The goal is to foster personal growth, improve well-being, and develop coping skills.

Treatment modalities can include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Other modalities are offered, inquire if there is a certain modality you have an interest in.

Pricing is dependent on insurance coverage or $125 for self pay per session. I  offer sliding scales for military veterans.

These assessments are completed to determine the impact of mental health conditions on an individual’s ability to work or perform daily activities, often required for disability claims or legal purposes. Organizational assessments conducted by a mental health provider typically focus on evaluating and improving the mental health and well-being of employees within a workplace.

Pricing mirrors that of Individual therapy plus $50 per administrative hour.

Clinical supervision for social workers is a structured process where an experienced supervisor provides guidance, support, and feedback to social workers as they develop their skills and knowledge. This supervision helps ensure that social workers adhere to ethical standards and best practices while working towards their licensure. It involves regular meetings where casework, professional development, and personal growth are discussed. The supervisor's role includes evaluating the social worker’s performance, offering advice on complex cases, and helping them navigate challenges in their practice. Ultimately, clinical supervision is crucial for preparing social workers to provide effective, ethical, and high-quality services to their clients.

Pricing is $50 per hour for individual supervision and $30 per person for group supervision.

Structured educational sessions designed to enhance participants' understanding and skills in various mental health topics. These classes cover essential areas such as coping strategies, communication techniques, healthy sleep practices, military culture and other relevant mental health issues. Each session can be customized to address the specific needs and interests of the participants, ensuring that the content is relevant and practical. The goal is to equip individuals with actionable knowledge and tools to improve their mental well-being and daily functioning. By tailoring the classes to the audience, providers can maximize engagement and effectiveness in fostering personal growth and resilience.

Organizational assessments evaluates the structure, culture, and dynamics of organizations to identify areas for improvement and growth. Using expertise in human behavior and systemic theory to analyze how various factors impact organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. This assessment process often includes surveys, interviews, and observation to gather comprehensive data on organizational practices and staff interactions. Based on findings, provide actionable recommendations for enhancing organizational efficiency, communication, and overall health. The goal is to help organizations create a more supportive and productive environment, ultimately benefiting both employees and the organization as a whole.
