Intense worry or nervousness that can interfere with daily life. It can manifest as physical symptoms like racing heart, sweating, or difficulty breathing, or as intrusive thoughts and difficulty concentrating.

Persistent sadness or loss of interest that impacts daily activities. You might feel hopeless, lose motivation, experience changes in sleep or appetite, or withdraw from social interaction.

An emotional response to a disturbing event that overwhelms your ability to cope. This can be a single event like an accident or assault, or repeated experiences like abuse or neglect. Trauma can lead to flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance behaviors, and difficulty trusting others.

Do you accept insurance?Yes, I accept insurance from several commercial payors, including Anthem (BCBS with GA residency), Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Point32, and Humana Medicare. Please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage and benefits.

Is therapy free?While I don't currently offer free therapy sessions, some insurance plans may cover a portion of the cost. I recommend contacting your insurance provider for details on coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.

How long is the FREE consultation?Consultations are typically 15 minutes long and offer a chance to discuss your needs.

What are your available hours?I am available for appointments Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Do you offer in-person therapy?Currently, I only offer telehealth appointments to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients across locations. However, for local clients in Vidalia, Georgia, I can offer in-person sessions through CareMore Counseling Center, LLC. Please contact me for more information on in-person services.
